Delta World Tire Company

Today was another exceptional experience. I returned to Delta world tires after my dad addressed a few maintenance concerns and received outstanding service from delta world tires. I was extremely stressed going into the shop but came out with the weight of the stress relieved to know I had the best car care group on my side. My car was aligned and I was given honest feedback and recommendations. Thanks to the Manager Chris, front clerk Chris and Dustin. Another tech helped back my car out. I can't remember his name but he was very nice. Thank you so much A++ service 🥰🥰❤❤❤❤ Thank for taking care of me. Your kindness went a long way. God Bless I will definitely be back to visit.

Drew was amazing to work with! My claims adjuster, Kimberly and I very much enjoyed working with such a great employee. Quick and professional. If you're in the New Orleans area (70119) and need help with your vehicle. I would definitely suggest stopping by for their help.

Chris was very honest and professional, I needed a new tire on an existing rim the day of, pleasantly and fortunately informed that they had the tire I needed in stock. Upfront with the pricing. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Great crew. For that 25 minutes sitting in their comfortable waiting room, I personally saw how busy they were. Non stop! My recommendation is to be a little patient, they might out you on hold, but its because they are good at what they do. P.s. As I walked in, I heard the manager Chris, working with payment options with the customer in front of me, extremely kind and went out of the way to make sure the customer was happy. Highly recommend!

We purchased a battery from Auto Zone and understandably they didn’t want the liability of having to install, in case there were any problems. Called our dealership, where we purchased the car, and do our oil changes and asked if they would install. I was told that they only install a certain type of battery, EVEN THOUGH we purchase our vehicle from them. Called Delta World Tires and they were so helpful! They were inexpensive and didn’t try to overcharge. Chris is SUPER nice and accommodating! I would recommend them ANY DAY!
